Battlefield 4 & Norton Security Issue

Having an ongoing issue since March 2016 but have yet to hear back from Mohan, Sunil or Tony so hoping someone else can help since it's now almost July.

After clicking the refresh button to connect to a game in Battlefield 3/4/Hardline, I get this error only when Norton Security is installed:

Clicking reconnect just displays the error again.  I have done numerous reinstalls of the program using the Norton removal tool, tried a clean install of Windows 10 and disabling every option in Norton (example, Firewall, Sonar, Antivirus, every checkbox).  The only thing that works is uninstalling Norton completely.

This happens with any 64 bit browser (Edge, Chrome, Firefox) and when plug-in free is enabled.

In order to use the plugin, you have to set a 32 bit browser as default but I don't want to do that (and shouldn't have to).

If I could get an answer or fix that would be great, EA recommended uninstalling Norton since that fixes the issue.

This is one of a few issues I've had with the product but the lack of response is concerning since this is a paid product and should have good support.

Hopefully this can be resolved, if not, I'll have to find another antivirus.
