Bedep Trojan Horse infected

I did a "windows update" a couple of days ago, shortly after, random audio programs started running, while only the desktop was up (windows 7 ultimate, on alienware r4 build)

Ran all the anti virus and power eraser windows defender, etc, etc,.  None of them were able to find anything, yet the problem persists. Processor is being heavily taxed by high outbound traffic. Many variants of bedep have been blocked by Norton 360 premium, almost continuous notification.

Can anybody offer any insight or solution to eradicating the Trojan, without a full blown OS rebuild?
