did your N360 survive the update from version 22.24.7.8 to version 22.24.8.36 without any damage? Did the old errors return? Or are you already using version 24?

My Norton view disappeared again

Hello. I just upgraded from the 22.24.2.6 to 22.24.7.8 of Norton 360 with live update, and, as already occured on the previous update of norton in april, the view “My Norton” disappeared, so i have only access to classical view. The previous case in april was solved by deleting and reinstallaing Norton, but this time i tell the support that i will not reinstall Norton perpetually. What do you think of this ? (the support proposed to reinstall, which i refused) Thank’s
