Being asked to verify my subscription every day

Every day this week I have received a pop up message asking me to verify my subscription. Why is this happening and how do I get it to stop?

I use Norton every single day and my subscription is active and has about two months before it needs renewing.

Check your NortonLifeLock subscription status
Attention Xfinity customers: Your NortonLifeLock subscription for Norton Security Online or Norton Security Suite that is provided through Comcast is canceled effective January 1, 2021. For more information, see End-of-Service announcement for NortonLifeLock subscription offered by Comcast.

A valid subscription ensures that your security is always up-to-date. To continue using all the Norton features and stay protected, you need to activate or renew your subscription before the trial or subscription period ends.

Check your subscription status

 1. Sign in to your account.

 2. Enter your NortonLifeLock account email address and password and click Sign In.

 3. On the top-right corner, move your mouse pointer over your display name and click Manage My Subscriptions from the menu that appears.

 4. In the My Subscription tab, you can view the status of your subscription.

 5. If the subscription has expired or about to expire, click Renew Now to renew your subscription.

If you have activated Subscription Renewal, your subscription renews automatically.

You can find the number of licenses available for your subscription under the subscription plan name. If you have used all the allowed licenses for your current subscription, you can transfer your license from an unused device to a new device. From the main Norton screen, click on Help - Subscription Status. That should sync your computer with the Norton Subscription servers.
If you still see the pop up after that, please post a screen shot to help us diagnose.
