What do I do when you won’t cancel my deceased mother’s subscription and keep charging her for service you can’t possibly provide.

Cancel her credit/debit cards and Norton will not be able to bill anything.
Does anyone have access to her computer and any passwords she had saved? If so, look for Norton Account passwords and if found, log into that account with her email and password and remove the payment information.
