Okay....so since Norton clearly isn't answering any messages I post here or e-mails I've sent it's possibly time to look for alternatives. Here's a good forum to suggest alternative applications whether they are freeware or paid for subscription perhaps the service and overall user experience will be better than what I have experienced in this major fail of an upgrade.....
I'm going to poke around on the web since I've wasted more than enough time trying to get this upgrade running.... Does any one have suggestions from other manufacturers?
