With Betterbird version 115.17 when the pop3 is set to secure mode port 995 /ssl/tls The Norton blocks our mail server. When we switch to the unsecure 10 works fine. The problem has started happening with the latest update of Norton. Before it used to work fine. If we disable mail protection the secure mode works fine but that is not a solution.
