I installed Norton Online Family for a little bit of peace of mind because OpenDNS wasn't working effectively. My son had been searching for inappropriate things and I discovered this through look at his web history. I had used Norton Online Family before OpenDNS, but that was on the desktop computer. It worked great.
When I went to install it on the 2 new Google Nexus 7 tablets that they received for birthday gifts, I was really happy that it seemed to install and integrate flawlessly, however it is not even registering it being used. On top of that, it says that it is being monitored on the Norton website and it's running on the tablets, but it simple isn't working AT ALL. I want my money back and I will be looking for another solution unless this gets fixed right away. Very unhappy. See the image below. Not exactly what I want my Kindergartener and 5th grader to be able to see...PLEASE HELP.
