I have bought 2 licenses and I'm dissatisfied from NU16! I love Norton Internet Security but Norton Utilities is horrible!
1. It has broken fonts - I can't install new fonts!
2. It has deleted Power Plan - now I can't make changes in Popwer Plan Options
3. It has broeken Windows Uninstall funcionality! / Uninstall or change a program /
NOW I HAVE TO REINSTALL MY WINDOWS ! :X
I use Windows 8!
Please, fix your software! There are a lot of problems with it!
I am using NU16 on two computers and have had no problems with it at all. Perhaps the problem is with your Windows installation?

Could you please provide us with more information about your system.
Particularly what version of Windows 8 are you running? Is it 64 bit?
What scans did you perform? To troubleshoot this, I need more information. The problem could just be with some functionality in windows 8 and the software. I should be able diagnose the problem and get your system back to how it was before if I can get more information about the issues you are having.
