I’ve only had this computer and set up since last Thursday and almost every day since I’ve tried to get on Norton Online Family, especially earlier in the day up to the afternoons, it simply won’t connect! I can press “connect” until the cows come home and nothing happens. Also, all of a sudden without warning, the desktop icon with the pawprint on it just ceased to function!? I’ve deleted it seeing it wasnt working. Do I have to download the entire thing again? Am beginning to wonder if this is really worth all the trouble! Freya
