Billed in error

I have Norton 360 Premium, that is supposed to protect 5 devices. I sent an email another device to protect the device it she has been charged for a full subscription. I want this fixed.

This is a little confusing now. You say

she has been charged for a full subscription.

How was she charged? As I noted above, if it was on a mobile device, the charge would go to the payment method registered with Google or Apple. She would have to use the information I gave above to obtain the refund from those services. And any connection to a Norton Account would probably be in her name for that subscription she paid for. Check with her to see if she did have to set up a Norton Account when this payment was required. So if anyone would need to contact Norton it would be her.

If your accounts have not been charged, there is nothing you need to do about informing Norton.

Your best bet now might be to contact Norton Support and try to get any confirmation you need about subscriptions.    www.norton.com/contactcs   If using the chat feature, as soon as you get to enter information, enter "agent please" to get out of the chat bot and connected to a human.

Thank you this has been very helpful. However, I have not been charged for this bill as my card has been locked for other purposes. I want to let Norton know I do not want the product,

so they don't charge me. They have attempted on 2 occasions to take the money out of my account but due to the lock as I was recently scammed the process has been blocked.

It depends on the device they are using.

Yes Im sure this is what happened. How do I fix this issue. Thank you for your reply.

What device did the second user install Norton on? If a mobile device, during the install process they need to sign into your Norton Account. If they used a different process, that could have initiated the purchase of a new subscription.
