Before I used Norton, I went onto this sketchy website looking for a Rom of Mario Party 3. It came with this game called Good Game Big Farm. Of course, I uninstalled it, got Norton, ran numerous power eraser scans, and reset windows twice, but I’m still worried there’s something on my computer. I’ve seen something running on my GPU at about 10:00 pm, and I’m worried that I have a Bitcoin miner on my computer. Advice is much appreciated.
If you have Chrome installed it will run a scan too with its built in component called, "Software Reporter Tool".

Thanks so much for your help. This is my first computer and my first time using Norton.
You can use Windows Task Manager to see what processes are using the GPU. You may have to expand your Task Manager window to see the GPU column.
I’ve tried that too. What could be running my GPU at 10:00 at night?
Your forum labels include PUP, Possibly Unwanted Program. While they are annoying, they do not cause damage to your system. Some people actually want the 'Features' offered by these programs. They are usually downloaded alongside a legitimate download when you do not uncheck the option for the additional download.
Norton products concentrate on malware that can damage your system, that is why some PUPs are not detected.
If you have already run a full system scan and NPE, and nothing was found, I would suggest a second opinion scan using the FREE version of Malwarebytes. You can find it here https://www.malwarebytes.com/premium/
If you wish, you can disable the Premium version trial to use the product as an on demand scanner by using the instructions here. https://support.malwarebytes.com/docs/DOC-1033
