Recently, horizontal black bars have appeared across filenames and menu items so that the underlying text is unreadable. I have an HP laptop running Windows 10. A chat with HP Support proved worthless as the connection kept going down. I am concerned that there is something unscrupulous on the machine causing the issue. Ran Norton and Windows scans that did not find anything. Anybody have any ideas?
