A Google check of your site now shows that it is untested. I don't think that smtp 101 is coming from the Safe Web Team if the site is showing it's untested now. That sounds more like something from an ISP issue.

Thanks for the update. We are now seeing the site has been re-evaluated but it reporting an issue with smtp101.blackpearlmail.com. We are not aware of any issues with smtp101. How can we get further information on why this has been flagged?

I have already sent in my notification to the Team. They are located in a different location. When they come online, it is after midnight my time. So that makes it on Wed. when I see the response. Most likely the response will be on this site, some time over night in my time zone. I don't know where you are located. I am not part of the Team nor a Symantec Employee. In most cases lately, it is the next day in my time zone that I see the results posted in the threads. The Team will manually verify the site and manually evaluate the site as well..

I have followed these steps. Site ownership verification is not working, even though the meta tag has been added correctly.

Once you have your Meta Tag on each website, I can submit your websites to the Safe Web Team to get ownership verified and then evaluated. Please let me know when you have placed the Meta Tags so that they are visible. A different Meta Tag for each site.
