Blank screens

When I go to my profile or my dashboard I just get a blank screen.  Tried it using Edge, Chrome and Firefox and get the same result in all 3 browsers.  Also turned Norton off and get the same.  Anyone else have this problem and find the answer??

Two things might be at play here.

One is the VPN feature of 360. Some users here have reported that the VPN seems to interfere with Norton Web pages.

The second is if you have an ad blocker extension in your browser. Many of Norton's web pages do not get along with ad blockers. Just allow the Norton web site in the ad blocker.
