Block a Once-Allowed application

I downloaded a 'compressed' (WinRAR) file from the internet.

When I 'Unpacked' it I got a SONAR alert that part of that file contained a potential security threat, and because of that, the file was removed.

Being curious, I then clicked on "View Details", then Allow the application, and then *Exclude the application.

The 'application' was a 'Keygen' and again being curious as to what it was and how it worked, I ran it.

Once I saw what it was and how it operated, I deleted it.

I went to 'Security History' and looked Everywhere there (Full History, SONAR activity, etc. but there was no mention or indication of it.

I did run a Full System Scan after that and it showed No Threats.

But, if I can, I want to make sure that what I have done does not still pose a (perhaps now Hidden) threat.

i.e., Because I Excluded it (allowed it to bypass security) does it still pose a threat - Even though I have deleted it?

If so, I need to know if there is a way that I can 'Reverse' the action (*Exclude the application) - i.e., now block it.

If so, can someone tell me how?

If not, is there still a possible threat (lingering around) from running it?

With appreciation
