Block Norton Renewal Pop-Up

Since it is impossible to contact your customer service, I'm going to try this - how do I get rid of the pop-up nagging me to renew my Norton 360 subscription?  I do not want to renew.  Thank you.

Hi mgrau,

Since current Norton products become completely disabled at the end of the subscription period, these renewal notifications alert you that you will be entirely without any Norton protection at that point.  They may be annoying, but not half as annoying as an unpleasant surprise on expiration day would be.

When the pop-up comes up, select the largest time range, and click on Notify me later. It will only came up again when previously configured time is up, and then you can set again an other delay.

Thanks - since it has already expired, I wish I could get rid of it permanently.  If I had known I'd be pestered incessantly, I would never have subscribed to Norton.  Oh well.

Hi mgrau

Which part has expired - the renewal notice or your subscription? If it is just the renewal notice then wait until the next pop-up and do as PapauZ suggests. If your product has subscription has now expired then you need to do something to ensure that you have continued protection on your system - renewing your subscription would be good move to achieve that.

Hello mgrau

If the program has expired, then it is not protecting you in any way. I hope you have another security program on your computer. If you do, then you can uninstall the program and it won't nag you then. if you are using a security program from another company, then you should uninstall your Norton product to get a clean install of the new product. If you have another key for the same product, then put in the new key for it.
