lets say a trojan attempts to attack my computer and Norton resolves it....in most cases it's simply "BLOCKED" and never fully removed.....why doesnt it actually remove it? instead of just "BLOCKING" it?......if it's blocked wouldnt that mean its still running around my computer?
and one more question (a 2 part)... when a risk is quaratined.....it means its still there just sealed up right?....how do we actually destroy it? like delete it?
now this is very interesting....the only time I've ever had the option of deleting the risks in the quaratine was when I was uninstalling Norton...to upgrade to another version...........
I believe it said "Would you like to delete the risks stored in the quarantine?"....why dont we have this option all the time?
