Norton 2011 IS has found a few false viruses and dumped them into quaratine. A few I was able to "restore and exclude", but others I can only "restore" and then Norton catches them again. Other files are lumped into the "Resolved Security Risks" category and I can't seem to do anything to get them out of there and left alone.

Before you restore, if there is no option to ignore, you will need to go into settings>scan exclusions> and add the exe files or whatever files are being quarantined to the exclusions for auto protect and sonar. You may need to add the ones in resolved threats to exclusions and then download them again.
Keep in mind that there may well be a good reason for these files to be quarantined.
