My Son has been able to use the computer past the curfew.
So I am testing the system again. I have blocked my sons access all day today. Restarted the computer and logged on as my son. Norton Safe Minder has not blocked access, provide any warning messages or logged the computer off.
You can see from screen shot 1 that he is logged on and should be blocked.
Screen shot 2 is from the Alerts tab. The first three entries are from my testing this morning. The fourth entry "11/27/10 8:47 AM : Time limit reached and extended by 42553 minutes" does not make sense to me. It extends the time 709 hours.
I have played with the extensions options and have not been able to replicate this alert.
Any idea why the blocking is being circumvented?
