My child is able to install apps like Instagram and YouTube even though these apps have been blocked. Some settings, such as time limits, are also not functioning effectively. There appears to be a delay between making changes in the parental account and the child’s device reflecting those updates. Need help in resolving these core issues with Norton Family.
