Hello All,
I am running Norton Internet Security 2011.
I am familiar with Settings==>Network Settings==>Program Control, which can be used to block internet access for a KNOWN program.
Is there a way perhaps to set up a pop-up that will tell me if some UNKNOWN program tries to "phone home"?
