I have my daughters profile protected and have specifically blocked www.youtube.com. but when I log into her account on the same computer and type in the address of you tube it goes straight there and does not block it … WHY???

A couple quick questions:
1.) Do the other rules that you have applied for your daughter's account work properly?
2.) Additionally how is her account configured?
3.) She has her own windows loging and you have associated that windows login with her OnlineFamily.Norton child profile?
4.) Does it still fail if you right click on the dog icon in your system tray and select to update house rules manually?
5.) what is the exact text you pasted in to the onlinefamily.norton website in order to block youtube. if you go back to the site and check the page you should be able to see it.
