Does anyone has any idea why It is not allowing me to run Norton while I'm in safe mode??????????

This is beginning to become frustrating!!!!!!

And why cant I move the virus's into qurantine, but allows me to view all the virus's in Risk history... the majority of the files are Bloodhound.Exploit.13 & Trojan.Brojack

does that mean the virus has been deleted.. b/c it does say files cleaned by deletion in the action bar..

when I am trying to move the files into quaratine it says..

--The files have been moved or deleted

--The computer they are located on is off

--You are trying to clean files located in an email message

--You are trying to clean a compressed file in a computer

>>>Risk history

If the "risk" only shows in history then the risk no longer exists, otherwise it would show again in your next scan.

You say the files were cleaned by deletion so you no longer have the risk as far as I can see.

Sometimes a virus/malware can still have a reference in your system restore folder and maybe picked up there, after cleaning your pc from a bad infection it is sometimes advisable to purge all old restore points and make a new fresh one when the pc is all ok again.

Don't go deleting all restore points though before knowing you've cleaned your pc up and all is well ........... an infected restore point is better than no restore point so get things running right first.

Scanning with Norton in Safe Mode:

Boot into safe mode,

Click Start/run

type in the box  NAVW32 /L    (note there is a space after the NAVW32, before the forwards slash /L )

now click OK

Liverbird :)

Are you managing both suggestions?

Yes, thanx for the advice...

You could try disabling sustem restore. Most of these bad stuff are staying there
