Blue screen pops up every time when I invoke (manually) anything related to Norton Security (incl. Norton Security, Live Update, and even Uninstall), my laptop is Sony VAIO (6-yr-old), the phenomenon happens both before and after I re-installed Windows 7 (with all Windows updates applied) into this laptop.
Can anyone advise whether I have to re-install the OS again to get rid of this issue?
