I receive intermittent BSOD's on my Win7 x64 laptop that I think are a conflict between iTunes and Norton on my machine. It only happens when I'm doing a sync with iTunes and my iPhone; The reason Norton is involved is that's what's reported in the blue screen crash.
The BSOD I get is for srtsp64.sys, with the actual error being "PAGE_FAULT_IN_NONPAGED_AREA". This happened with NIS2011 as well as NIS2012.
I've done numerous reinstalls of the OS as well as iTunes and Norton, with no luck in this getting resolved. It doesn't happen all of the time either, which is a blessing and a curse (as I wish is was always reproducible, might make it easier to fully diagnose).
Anyone else experiencing this between these two apps?
