Hello. I'm running windows vista on my PC. My computer was infected some time ago with the fbi warning scam. I thought that was cleared up (at least I quit seeing it), but now my computer seems to crash and go to a blue screen when it is booting up. I can only get to windows through safe mode. I've always run norton security so I'm not sure what happened/could have happened.
Any advice? Thanks.
