I have installed norton 360 5.2.1.3 version on laptop, since then I am not able to connect my mobile using bluetooth connection. After that I uninstalled Norton 360 and tried to connect using Bluetooth. It was connecting fine and I was able to transfer files and play music via bluetooth. But after installing 360 again its not working. Any suggestion how to allow Bluetooth connection?

Hi Prashant,
You can check the bluetooth software listed under the allowed programs rules ( you can find this from Main UI - > Settings ->Firewall - > Program Rules -> check the Bluetooth enabled software and if it is not listed add that software) this should help to reconnect to your mobile or any other bluetooth enabled device.
