This is my first topic on the Norton Community.
I got a new ASUS Vivobook S 15 laptop with Windows 11 a couple of weeks back and its all good apart from YouTube coverage, which is dire!! The videos are blurred and frequently buffering. If I turn my Norton VPN off the YouTube channel plays fine with crisp videos, so the fault must be with my VPN setup right?
Is this a well known problem in this community? I’m sorry if it’s all been raised and covered before.

@Clive_Jones The issue is using the VPN, period!! YouTube is known for messing with users connecting with a VPN, even stopping the connections entirely.

Thanks SA. I didn’t know it was such a widespread issue. The weird thing is that the laptop I recently replaced, an old Acer Aspire with Windows 7, never had a problem with YouTube access even with my Norton VPN on. The YouTube presentation was always smooth, sharp and free of buffering. The laptop upgrade has certainly been a backward step for YouTube surfing!!
