My drivers were up to date, but i even removed all the drivers, and reinstalled them again...
Still having the same problem...
As I recall there are some settings in graphics drivers which would benefit from adjustment. Reinstalling the same drivers is not required. If you post the made and model of your graphics card then someone might be able to give the driver settings adjustments. Also post the settings/about version of your Norotn product.

I am still experiencing this issue...
I have an Nvidia GeForce GTX 580 Superclocked video card.
I have tried the following Video Drivers, 310.90 and 310.70, both which give me blurry Fonts within the Norton 360 Premiere Edition's user interface...
This only started since the latest Norton 360 update which was 20.2.0.19
You have the latest drivers. I cant load your driver but try to find the following. Note the current setting and change. Then reboot
ambient occulsion: off
Anisotropic Filtering: application controled
antialisiang - fxaa off
" " - gamma correction: on
" " - mode: application controlled
" " - setting: controlled
" " - Transparency: Off
They maybe under manage 3D.
