Using NIS 2012 on WINXP computer. This morning got message "Boot.Pihar Threat Detected" Remove Fail.
Clicked on link to Norton support which immediately asks you to pay $99.99 for them to fix this problem that their software failed to block. Not sure if that was a legitimate link. Sounds a little fishy.
Did say there are instructions from Norton to manually remove this virus. Where do I find them?
