I had restarted my computer and in the

Internet Worm protection log

under activities I found this entry at start up

 

Details:

A packet from 0.0.0.0 with an invalid IP Header length of 0 bytes was detected and blocked. IP Header length must be at least 20 bytes.
Source IP address: 0.0.0.0.
Destination IP address: 76.46.67.(last digits removed by me).
Protocol: 128.

 

any sense what this means?

Was it a hack  attempt to get into my computer thatt was stopped?

 

was it  phone home attempt?

 

Sometimes I get this notification, sometimes I don't
