Hi, I just purchased Norton Ghost 14 in order to make a bootable image of my fresh install so I can save some time for my formats in the future and my problem is that once installed it looks like this feature does not exist anymore.
The recovery disk option is asking me for my actual recovery disk to be inserted but I have no idea what this is referring to... are we talking about my personnal computer recovery disk ? I've downloaded NG 14 from your website and I have no idea what this recovery disk is refering to where can I found it?
Or am I wrong about what this is doing? Can I even achieve my goal with your product?
