Borton Cloud Backup Failure

Issue abstract:
Ran Cloud Backup fr the first time a couple of months ago.Went in to refresh the backup today and got a “Sync Failed” error, but no explanation.

Detailed description: When I clicked the Details button, it showed most files failed, but offers no explanation or solution…

Product & version number:Norton 360 Premium. Just upgraded. Don’t know where to find my version

OS details: Windows 11 Home, OS build 22631.4317

What is the error message you are seeing? :“Sync Failed An error occurred”

Hello. If I read your screenshot correctly you are trying to do a backup TO drive C:\ ? If that is the case local drive backup storage in not available in the new 24.xx version. Cloud storage is used until it is full, then, data cache can be stored to either drive C:\ OR D:\ . Hope that helps.

Actually, being brand new to Norton Cloud Backup, I must be doing it wrong. I was trying to back up that folder on the C: drive TO the cloud. I just upgraded to get more cloud storage space, and just wanted to update the backup with any changes since the previous backup a couple of months ago.
