Has anyone got a similar issue and how it was fixed?
I moved to a new country and need to update my address and mobile, but the update was not successful from the ‘Account Setup’ tab.
- Country : The country in the address was stuck to my original country and did not change after I had saved the changes. The rest of the addresses (zip, state, street, number etc.) was updated though.
- Mobile number : An error message popped up saying that the account profile could not be updated after I pressed the ‘update’ button to change the mobile number with a new country code.
I flagged the issue to Norton 3 weeks ago by chat, but still did not get any response after multiple follow up chats and calls.
Appreciate it if there could be a solution.
