Both country of address and mobile number country code cannot be updated

Has anyone got a similar issue and how it was fixed?

I moved to a new country and need to update my address and mobile, but the update was not successful from the ‘Account Setup’ tab.

  1. Country : The country in the address was stuck to my original country and did not change after I had saved the changes. The rest of the addresses (zip, state, street, number etc.) was updated though.
  2. Mobile number : An error message popped up saying that the account profile could not be updated after I pressed the ‘update’ button to change the mobile number with a new country code.

I flagged the issue to Norton 3 weeks ago by chat, but still did not get any response after multiple follow up chats and calls.

Appreciate it if there could be a solution.

Make sure you are not using a VPN or an ad blocker extension while accessing your Norton Account.

I too have a similar issue with country not getting saved after the update. reached out to support and all they want to do is get on a screen share and connect to my computer to investigate. Informed them to raise a ticket, but seems to be very difficult to make them understand to submit a ticket to investigate.
