I bought the Norton Internet Security and it allowed me to put it on 3 computers but when I tried to entering the product key on the 2nd computer is said that I exceeded the number of allowable installations, even though I only had it on one computer. How can I fix this problem?

As Delphinium suggests ... but you may have to scroll down a little to see the CHAT button.
Email or phone may have a long wait time and feedback from users tells us that CHAT is by far the best at resolving problems..
