I recently upgraded to NIS2010 and I am unhappy that the custom rules option has been removed from the antispam. My ISP tags spam email with a **SPAMTAG in the email subject. It does a very good job I might add and in NIS2009 when I added a custom rule to remove any emails with the **SPAMTAG and the regular spam engine, I had hardly any spam get to my inbox. Since the upgrade to 2010 these emails are not being caught by the NIS2010 filter. I have read the posts on how the new antispam works and in theory it is good, but I would still like to make my own rules. In my opinion, the antispam in 2009 was surperior. Hopefully symantec may consider adding the custom rules back in.
