Bring to OneNote is add-in-VirusTotal vs NIS 2014 (Suspicious.Cloud.7.EP)

Often, after downloading a file, I 'double-check' it using VirusTotal.

When both NIS and Virustotal say it is safe, then I run the file.

I downloaded Bring to OneNote is add-in from http://www.onenotegem.com/bring-to-onenote.html

NIS did not report anything when unzipping the file.

Virustotal with the exception of CMC said it was okay.

(CMC by default reports something)

When installing I got following a warning from Norton IS

Just wonder, how come VirusTotal does not report anything and NIS 2014 does.

I removed everything.

Thought it was a handy tool.

..

oh btw when entering Suspicious.Cloud.7.EP   I stumbled over a thread titled

"NIS. Firefox, and Suspicious.Cloud.7.EP"  dtd 09-10-2012

Where it was suggested to run the free version of malwarebytes

http://www.malwarebytes.org/products/malwarebytes_free/

But eh .. whilst having NIS, I am a bit puzzled as to why another product should be used 'on top'..

I mean, I've got all the protection I need, right?

Thanks
