After the fun of recent weeks, getting the new version of online family to work, I have just uninstalled NOF from the last machine.
It refused to accept the user/password to I removed the network and uninstalled it manually.
I am now trying to install the latest version, but it will not accept my userid/password.
In addition, since doing this, I can no longer sign into the norton.family admin site. I now get the oops message after I enter my userid/password -
