I am a new Ghost 15.0 user and I am trying to create my Custom Recovery disk. I’ve tried three different output options for creating the disk and every time at the end of the wizard where it is collecting the (Opening Session) off the Symantect Recovery/Install disk I can see where it is adding the Autorun to the disk or image and then I get a BSOD 0x00000024 (0x001902fe, 0xaf7df4b4, 0xaf7df1b0, 0xf717a736) referring to ntfs.sys. I saw some posts where this error could be related to drive problems, Antivirus, etc. So I defragmented my C:, Ran a checkdisk on it looking for bad sectors etc. No drive errors were found. At this time I was trying to create the recovery disk as a ISO file on the C:. So I tried the wizard again attempting to create the ISO on a different physical drive, I still got the BSOD. Next I tried not doing the image file but instead creating the recovery disk using a blank DVD disk , I still got the BSOD. During these attempts I’ve had my Antivirus disabled. I’m running Windows XP Home SP3 This is a Dell Dimension 9100 P4 150 Gig C: 100 Gig free on the C: Sata Drive 250 Gig X: 67 Gig Free on the X: 1 Terra byte Western Digital USB drive. Any suggestions for trying to resolve this? The Install disk does work fine as a Recovery disk. I tested recovering a file OK. Just thought I would try making a custom disk as recommended. Thanks Pat
