I have been running NIS 2010 V17.8.0.5 for most of this year and a couple of days ago I couldn't boot into Win7 (multi boot) because I found that Nis was trying to update with 81mb of info and couldn't complete hence the blue screen.
I eventually managed to get it to complete the update and now all is well again, I thought it worth a mention incase other users get a similar problem.
