Over the last couple of months, I have been getting recurrent BSOD errors with my Windows 7 system. Most often, it happens once and I can subsequently reboot into Windows 7 successfully; but occasionally it has happened repeatedly (four or more times). After repeated BSODs, I have been able to boot in Safe Mode and operate my computer (including network/Internet access) successfully.
I did some Internet investigation about BSOD errors and did check most of my drivers, which Windows indicates are all current. I also am up-to-date on my Windows updates, but the BSODs have continued following the last update I completed.
About the only "performance-related" issue I have noticed that might be related and/or help to diagnose a solution is that after initially booting up, my computer connects to my network but seems to think that I don't have internet access. Within a couple of minutes, however (or if I disconnect and reconnect from the network), it changes its mind and recognizes that I do, indeed, have an Internet connection. (I know that I have had such a connection all along as my smartphone and/or other computers in the house have experienced no such issue).
A response to a similar post in the Windows Community Forums told me that the problem was my Norton 360: uninstall it (and replace it with Microsoft Security) and my BSOD problems would be a thing of the past.
As a long-standing and loyal Norton user, I resisted this solution. I tried using Norton's "repair" feature; and it appeared to "repair" my install. Nevertheless, today I started encountering BSODs again; and when I could actually boot into Windows successfully my computer refused to recognize that my network had internet access, despite the fact that the laptop connected to the very same network had internet access. (Once again, I was able to boot in Safe Mode and operate my computer (including network/Internet access) successfully.)
So, in frustration, I uninstalled 360 - and lo and behold! no BSOD and my computer recognizes the internet again.
Naturally, I would like to continue to use 360, but in the present circumstances I can't. Why would I try to use 360 if it can't work with Windows 7 on my computer? And if I can't use 360, why shouldn't I demand a refund?
I have posted a link to the dump of my BSOD errors for your information:

If you can tell me how to get 360 working without s******g up my computer, fine. If you can't, I will be seeking compensation.
