BSOD on Norton Ghost 15 - Copy Drive on External HDD

Hello,

I'm just bought the software and the only reason I did that is to copy my C: drive to my External HDD H: drive, and make the External USB bootable , the external is bassically a sata inside a hard-box which connects to computer by 2 usb cable .

All I get is BSOD, no file error code, nothing, just simple BSOD . I've checked the MRP and active drive too.

My question is if its possible to have the same OS (on my loptop) on my External usb with a working windows 7.

Thanks for your support.
