BSOD when connecting to wireless adapter

I have a dell Dimension 3000 Win XP SP3 a Belkin F5D7000 wireless adapter running Norton Antivirus 2010. When I boot up I get random BSOD's. I looked in the Win dump files and looked at the date and time stamp. I also looked at the security history in NAV and the date and times match exactly. The message in NAV security history states:"Unauthorized access blocked (duplicate object)" Severity medium. Could NAV be trying to block me when I try to connect to my router through my adapter card? I have sent the files to Microsoft support and they suggested I reload XP which I did but no fix.

The messages below are the mini dump files, the top one is the Win dump file and the one below that are the file names of the drivers.
