Hello,
I have found that there is a blue screen problem with IDSvia64.sys.My NSBU is the latest edition with simplified Chinese,and my system is Windows 8.1.
And it doesn't only occur to me,I found it occurred frequently to Chinese and seems to involve a program.(http://pinyin.sogou.com/) When the software upload data,the system will show a blue screen relating to IDSvia64.sys.
We have connected the software officials,they tell us the problem originated in Norton because if we use the old edition of sogou,system will show a blue screen again,and it never occurred before.
It also occurred with NIS and the system condition under windows XP.(Someone told me in the kafan form yet.)
