Bug: IE9 - Identity Safe 'Open Vault' prompt blackens out current web page

Under Internet  Explorer 9, if the Identity Safe 'Open Vault' prompt is present in the current web page that you are viewing, scrolling down the page using the mouse wheel will cause the whole page to be blackened out.

 

To reproduce:

 

  1. Log out of Identity Safe.
  2. Open Internet Explorer 9 and navigate to the Norton Community Sign In page.
  3. The Identity Safe 'Open Vault' prompt should appear at the top of the page if you have your Norton Community login credentials stored in the Vault.
  4. Scroll down using the mouse wheel.

The whole will now be blackened out, as shown below:
