Bug in Edit Accounts - can't check some Windows logins

Hi,

I'd like to report a bug in Norton Family 2.6.0.52, in the Edit Accounts function, on Windows 7.

When the PC has more than 8 Windows logins, you cannot select any of the Windows logins at the bottom of the list. Even though the Edit Accounts window has a scroll bar, which in theory should allow you to scroll down to the bottom of the list of Windows accounts, in practice the Help, Cancel and OK buttons overlay the bottom of the list. So the net result is that you can't monitor the last Windows logins in the list because there is no way to check them. And the Edit Accounts window is not resizeable - you can't maximize it or click and drag the borders. So if Help, Cancel or OK button is on top of the account you want to monitor, there's nothing you can do about it.

Below is a screen shot of the Edit Accounts dialog box. I erased the last names for privacy. Note how Help, Cancel and the OK button overlay the bottom of the username list. There is no way to check any username at the bottom of the list.

Please fix this, as the bug prevents me from monitoring some accounts on this computer.

Hi dbdan22,

Thanks for the report.  We will check into the issue.  In the meantime,  please edit accounts at Settings -> Profile online.

Thanks,

Katie
