I have over 500 quarantined files going back a few years. I would like to recover the space they occupy and I found an old message here to just delete a .qrt file in library/application support. Is deleting that file all that is needed (ie: Does it contain not old the record of the bad file but the file itself?). Also is there an danger in doing the deletion. The report seems to imply that deletion can cause problems.
In my opinion the one file at a time deletion is BAD (Broken As Designed) and you should be allowed to selection more than one file (such as a range or selection by Option-Clicking like normal) so the .qrt file is left there and the system is not messed up.
