Bullguard charged my account 59.99 euro Feb 2026. I have a full subscription to Norton since 2025.
How do I get Norton to acknowledge this fact.

Support you refer to is AI not a real person . Norton took money out of my account for no reason.
I have tried all the online support pages going around in circles.
When you get to the chatbot type Agent please, it may take 3 times before they will connect you to a live agent.
