First of all, thank you to everyone in the community who has been so helpful at assisting us get the Safe Web check icon to appear next to our site at http://www.wholesalexxxdvd.com and at our storefront on the subdomian http://shop.wholesalexxxdvd.com
It was quick and easy. However, we have requested that the Buy Safe shopping cart logo to appear next to it and I am having problems getting a resolution.
Console_Ops originally replied to this issue stating:
"Hi Anthony,
According to buysafe they have updated their database but it is not reflecting in norton database, I am following up with buysafe regarding this issue."
It has now been several days, I have replied to this message from "Console_Ops" for an update but I get no response. If Buy Safe has reflected us to show with the Buy Safe icon but it is not reflecting in the Norton database, I would think this would not be an issue to follow up with Buy Safe about, but an issue Norton needs to further investigate. However, I am not the expert here so that is why I am asking for help.
If anyone could please see what the problem is and why this is becoming such an arduous process we would greatly appreciate it.
Perhaps "Console_Ops" became too busy and over sighted our dilemma in this process but we would really like to have the same rating as our competitor since Buy Safe has given us the go ahead. We would just like somebody from Norton to see why this is not reflecting in the Norton database so we can have the appropriate Buy Safe rating icon appear next to our search results for http://www.wholesalexxxdvd.com and for our storefront at http://shop.wholesalexxxdvd.com beside the Safe Web check mark that you were all so helpful in assisting us with.
